Accomplishments/Outcomes
2007/2008

• More than 1,522 hours of service were provided to high school students preparing to transition from high school special education programs to adult life through the Successful Transitions program.
• 56% of students served have applied for Vocational Rehabilitation Services to prepare them for future employment.
• A Transition Fair was held to provide students and their families access to several providers at one convenient location. More than 27 providers participated in the fair.
