LEAD TEACHER: Evansville ARC’s Child Life Center has a full-time position open for a Lead Teacher working in the Toddler classroom Monday – Friday, 8:15 AM – 5:15 PM. Responsibilities include planning and implementing the curriculum and activities for this age level. Individual would also direct the activities of Teacher Assistants, floats and/or volunteers while providing a caring, loving, educational environment for all children. Successful candidates will have a minimum of an associate level degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education or Special Education. A bachelor degree is preferred. Minimum of two years teaching experience in a licensed group setting preferred.(apply now)

PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE (II) FOR ARC INDUSTRIES: (2) Full-time positions are available for ARC Industries, Plant 1. Hours will be Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM with occasional weekend and/or overtime available. We are seeking customer friendly individuals who have assembly process experience and are willing to work in a rewarding fast paced environment. Responsibilities include assembly, inspection, and packaging of raw materials and finished goods. All positions require strong work ethic and commitment to quality and the desire to work as a team. PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE (II) FOR AMERIQUAL: (2) Full-time positions are available at our Ameriqual Packaging location. Hours will be Monday – Thursday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM with occasional Friday overtime available. We are seeking friendly individuals to work in a clean, comfortable environment along side our clients. Job duties include installing product on a fast paced, moving line where they will be required to stand during their shift. INSTRUCTOR I FOR ADULT DAY SERVICE PROGRAM: A full-time day position, Monday through Friday (8:30 AM – 3:30 PM), is available to assist individuals with disabilities in achieving goals of increased independence. Job duties include: attend to their daily living skills; and assist in planning and implementing agency and community based training programs in our Adult Habilitation Department. High School diploma or GED required. Experience with individuals with MR/DD or related population is preferred. A CNA, QMA or a Teacher’s Assistance background in special education is helpful. Must have reliable, safe transportation in order to assist clients with community integration. Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.(apply now)

SITE SUPERVISOR (Ameriqual): We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor at ARC Industries Ameriqual location. Hours will be Monday – Thursday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM with occasional Friday overtime. Interested individuals must have a strong manufacturing background including knowledge of change-overs, scheduling work cells, computers, accurate paperwork and daily time reporting. Responsibilities include planning work, assigning tasks, and supervising all production activities of assigned area.
