INSTRUCTOR FOR ADULT DAY SERVICE PROGRAM:  Full-time position, Monday - Friday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm, working at the Training Center.  The qualified candidate will assist individuals with disabilities in achieving goals of increased independence, assist with daily living skills, planning and implementing agency and community based training programs. High School diploma or GED required.  Experience with individuals with MR/DD or related population is preferred.  A CNA, QMA or a Teacher’s Assistance background in special education is helpful.  Qualified candidate must possess a valid driver’s license, proof of automobile insurance and reliable transportation. ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT FOR ARC INDUSTRIES: Full-time position, Monday – Friday, 6:30 am - 3:30 pm at ARC Industries located on Kotter Avenue. Seeking an individual to work in a challenging, fast- paced environment. Successful candidate answers incoming calls on multi-line phone, receives visitors and provides administrative support to the Rehabilitation and Employment Services department and ARC Industries.  The qualified candidate must possess a High School Diploma or GED, 3 years related experience, strong communication skills, proficiency with Word and Excel and valid driver’s license. (apply now)

TEAM LEAD: This position is responsible for leading production activities in a specific area, coordinating Team Member assignments, completing required documentation & entering client service notes & other information as needed into the Agency Database and assisting Site Supervisor with production levels.  Successful individual will have a “can do” attitude and a desire to assist individuals with disabilities to enhance and develop their vocational skills.  The qualified candidate must possess working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.  High school diploma or GED is required and three or more years of manufacturing experience. (apply now)
