Planned Giving
Since 1954, Evansville ARC has been a community leader and advocate for individuals with developmental disabilities. Many individuals support Evansville ARC with regular annual gifts, but find it difficult to give larger amounts from their assets during their lifetime. With a planned gift, however, donors can provide additional income for themselves and still make a sizeable gift to Evansville ARC.
Planned giving is a gift legally provided for during the donor's lifetime, but the principal benefits may not accrue to the organization until a future time, generally at the death of the donor and/or the income beneficiary.
Recommended gift plans include:
- Life insurance with Evansville ARC as beneficiary
- Outright gifts of real estate, personal property, stock, etc.
- Retirement plan and IRA designations
- Charitable Lead Trusts
- Contributions to the Endowment
