Volunteer Opportunities

The main fundraising activity for the endowment is the silent auction held in association with Evansville ARC’s Really Big Show. This year’s show will be on Saturday, February 12, 2011.

The silent auction is held after the show and is concurrent with the Curtain Call Reception. The auction committee has a need for many volunteers. Some volunteer needs include:

• Soliciting auction items through visits and phone calls
• Decorating and organizing the auction tables
• Helping to assign auction numbers
• Cleanup after the auction
