Bayleigh Pauckner Memorial Endowment:
Silent Auction Contributions & New Giving Levels

Last year’s silent auction was another success. The committee received over 300 auction items and raised over $11,000. We thank all who contributed their items!

The silent auction is a great way to help out the endowment. It takes place during the Curtain Call party following the Really Big Show. Items donated for the auction can never be too small or too large. The following are some of the types of items that have been highly successful in the past:

• gift certificates
• antiques & collectibles
• hand made crafts and gift packages
• company products
• sporting goods
• appliances
• clothing and jewelry

Don’t be limited by this list, however. Creative and unusual items are sometimes the hottest and most successful of all!

New for 2011 are the Bayleigh’s Buddies auction giving levels. Bayleigh’s Sidekicks and Pals will be contacted to receive the listed benefits.

Bayleigh’s Sidekick
Item Value of $2,500 or Higher

• Recognition as Bayleigh’s Sidekick in the Really Big Show Program (attended by over 1,500 in 2010)
• Recognition as Bayleigh’s Sidekick and name/logo on Thank You Sign at Curtain Call Reception/Silent Auction (attended by over 600 people in 2010)
• 4 VIP tickets ($100 value each) to The Really Big Show, which includes admission to the Curtain Call Reception and Silent Auction all located at the Centre

Bayleigh’s Pal
Item Value of $1,000 – 2,499

• Recognition as Bayleigh’s Pal in The Really Big Show Program (attended by over 1,500 in 2010)
• Recognition as Bayleigh’s Pal and name/logo on Thank You at Curtain Call Reception/Silent Auction (attended by over 600 people in 2010)
• 2 VIP tickets ($100 value each) to The Really Big Show, which includes admission to the Curtain Call Reception and Silent Auction all located at the Centre

Bayleigh’s Supporter
Item Value of Less Than $999

• Recognition in The Really Big Show Program (attended by over 1,500 in 2010)
