Who we are...

ARC Industries is a thriving manufacturing & distribution facility that offers employment and vocational training to more than 200 individuals with disabilities.  In addition to being a great opportunity for individuals with disabilities, revenues provide needed funding to sustain other Evansville ARC programs that are not adequately funded.

What we do...

ARC Industries specializes in packaging, assembly, & order fulfillment.  Current projects include: folding and gluing cardboard to produce trays; applying labels to boxes/bottles/cans; creating sealed bags; shrink wrapping items; grinding post-industrial plastic;  power-washing reusable packaging such as pallets, drums, & totes for the pharmaceutical industry; & flow wrapping small items into individual plastic bags.

What we have…

• 105,000 sq. ft. of climate controlled warehouse
• Labeling equipment for bottles, jars, cans, etc.
• Multiple pieces of equipment made to handle corrugated: tray formers, compression units, gluing machines, & pot devins for labeling boxes
• Bagging & kitting equipment
• Power-wash equipment
• 8 grinders to grind plastic for reuse or recycling
• 2 complete heat sealing/heat shrinking lines
• A “clean room” with flow wrapping capabilities
• 3 semi trucks, a box truck, & multiple trailers for regional hauling
• 10 shipping docks
• FDA & USDA certification for indirect food packaging
• ISO 9001:2008 certification
